Refund and Returns Policy


Except for any products designated on the website as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, and restocking fees provided such return is made within 10 days of your purchase date and provided such product is unopened and is in “factory new” condition. All returns are subject to inspection by us and we reserve the right to reject returns at our discretion after inspection.

A copy of this form will be forwarded to you shortly with the Return Number. Once you receive the complete form from our team, you may print the complete form and attach it to the outside of your package. Any item sent without the Return Number will be refused.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
